Yes, we are a fully mobile service. We bring all necessary equipment, including a portable treatment table if required, directly to your home, office, or aged care facility for your absolute convenience.
Absolutely. We provide physiotherapy services for both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our team is experienced in helping clients achieve their specific NDIS goals through personalised movement plans.
We cover a wide range of Sydney suburbs, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Southern Sydney. Please contact us with your postcode to confirm availability in your specific location.
Generally, no referral is required for private physiotherapy appointments. However, if you are seeking treatment under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), or Workers Compensation, a referral from your GP will be necessary. For clients receiving support through an Aged Care “Support at Home” program, you can contact us directly without a referral, and home visit physiotherapy appointments can be arranged.
Yes, telehealth is available for suitable follow‑up appointments, exercise supervision and education. Telehealth can support remote monitoring and interim reviews. Some funding types may limit telehealth claims; check eligibility with us before booking so we can advise on billing and access.
Our initial assessments usually take 60 minutes for a comprehensive history and physical check. Subsequent follow-up treatments are typically 45 to 60 minutes depending on your tailored recovery plan.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring all the necessary equipment to each session, including therapy bands, clinical tools, and a portable treatment bench. We also use high-quality physiotherapy creams as part of treatment when appropriate. All we require is a small, clear space where we can work comfortably together.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a partial charge to cover clinician travel and time. Emergencies are considered case‑by‑case and we will aim to reschedule promptly where possible.
We accept NDIS, Medicare EPC (with valid GP referral), private health where applicable, DVA, WorkCover and self‑funded payments. Billing and rebate eligibility vary by funder; provide funding details when booking so our team can confirm consent, documentation requirements and expected out‑of‑pocket costs.
Yes, we prepare comprehensive reports for NDIS plan reviews including assessment findings, functional goals, progress notes and recommended supports. Reports are tailored to plan requirements and may include standardised outcome measures to support clinical justification for ongoing or changed funding allocations.
