Yes, we are a fully mobile service. We bring all necessary equipment, including a portable treatment table if required, directly to your home, office, or aged care facility for your absolute convenience.
Absolutely. We provide physiotherapy services for both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our team is experienced in helping clients achieve their specific NDIS goals through personalised movement plans.
We cover a wide range of Sydney suburbs, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Southern Sydney. Please contact us with your postcode to confirm availability in your specific location.
Generally, no referral is required for private physiotherapy appointments. However, if you are seeking treatment under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), or Workers Compensation, a referral from your GP will be necessary. For clients receiving support through an Aged Care “Support at Home” program, you can contact us directly without a referral, and home visit physiotherapy appointments can be arranged.
Our initial assessments usually take 60 minutes for a comprehensive history and physical check. Subsequent follow-up treatments are typically 45 to 60 minutes depending on your tailored recovery plan.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring all the necessary equipment to each session, including therapy bands, clinical tools, and a portable treatment bench. We also use high-quality physiotherapy creams as part of treatment when appropriate. All we require is a small, clear space where we can work comfortably together.
Contact us by phone, email or via the online referral form. Provide basic personal details, funding type and a brief reason for referral. Our admin team will triage urgency, confirm funding requirements and offer available appointment times for an initial assessment and visit.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a partial fee to cover travel and clinician time. Emergencies are assessed case‑by‑case. We will always aim to reschedule promptly if needed.
